Salvaged from the former St Patricks RC Presbytery in Cannon Park, Middlesbrough, a magnificent set of 9 pairs of sash window catches & locks.
Embossed on the underside of the base is 'R&EMFC.CO.PAT.MC.29.1892.'
Cam action locks the catch in the closed or open position.
Restored, machine polished & lacquered.
2 x 6.5 cm, with a 4 cm radius central section (catch base )
6 x 7.5 cm - max length & width whilst in the locked position. ( catch base)
2 x 6.5 cm - lock
